Q. I am interested in using your garden design services, what is the next stage?
A. Email nickiherbst@me.com outlining your basic requirements your approximate location, or call Nicki on 07497 661 709. Please note that email is best as I may be with clients when you call me. After reading your email or after a phone call, I will then visit you at a mutually convenient time/day. We will then run through the many aspects of your garden to include details such as your colour preferences, the use to which the garden is put, budget and so on.
Q. What areas you carry out your garden design work?
A. Nicki and her team carry out most of their work in the West Kent and East Sussex area, but can travel to other locations and possibly abroad.
Q. How do I know when your team will visit to carry out work?
A. We always email clients a few days ahead of each visit to advise the time, date of the visit and the names of the personnel involved. You will not therefore be left in the dark as to visit times. If a visit has to be cancelled for any reason (bad weather etc), we will also email, call or text in advance.
Q. Do you provide all your own equipment?
A. Yes, we always bring all our own equipment. We may ask to use your electricity outlet to charge batteries or use your water supply. Otherwise we are self sufficient.
Q. How do I pay you?
A. Payment is by direct transfer.
Q. Can I really rely on you to carry out work as requested, on time and on budget?
A. We place total reliability, transparency and keeping clients in the loop the top of our list of requirements. We will keep you informed at every stage of work and if for any reason, plans have to be changed or supplier costs vary you will be informed straight away, prior to our proceeding with work.
Q. What happens to your visits if it's raining or frosty/snowing?
A. We try to carry on working in heavy rain providing the surface we are working on will not be damaged. If we cannot work or have to cut the day short, we will inform you in advance.
